Recently, a list has been floating around social media titled, “10 Things That Require Zero Talent.” They are the simple characteristics that you do not have to have an inherent talent for, but you can work at to build your leadership capabilities and get results.
If every person would put these ten simple things into action and make it a part of their daily lives they would make a tremendous difference in the success of their life.
As you read through these quick ten items, think about yourself that what are you doing to get better in each of these? Which ones do you still struggle with? And you will find the answers yourself quickly that will show you the path to your own personal success and happiness.

1. Being on Time
Of all of the ten, this is single most important. Time is precious. When you are on time it says to the person that they matter to you. That their time matters to you.
2. Work Ethic
It is vital to achieving your goals. A work ethic is a set of moral principals one uses in their life and in job. These include: personal integrity, honesty, truthfulness, and sense of responsibility, discipline, and a sense of teamwork.
When you and your team put out maximum effort you will get the maximum return on your investment.
4. Body Language
Your body language speaks far louder, and more accurately, how you are feeling, your attitude, and every emotion including all of those you are attempting to hide.
The energy you display at work sets the strength for your day.
Your attitude about yourself, about life, about your workplace, your boss, is all transmissible and will determine you energy level.
Do you love what you do? You must be passionate about what you are doing. And if you are not then quit!
Seriously QUIT! Because here you are wasting everyone’s time including yours.
8. Being Coachable
You must be coachable to be successful.
9. Doing Extra
If you are willing to do extra then it will amaze you how quickly your job becomes more fun, more rewarding, and yes your sense of control on your work comes with it.
10. Being Prepared
When you are prepared you are more confident. When you are prepared you will have more inevitability.
